QUICK ACCESS : PORTO SEGURO has an "international" airport, but rarely direct flies from Europe. Look for the best connection with your travel agence via Rio, Sao Paolo or Salvador.
Then 225 km of road to Cumuruxatiba, by taxi, bus or mixt.
Price of taxi: about 250 €uros for go and return. Bus: 25 €uros |

"BACKPACKER" ACCESS : cheaper, for those who got more time, fly to RIO DE JANEIRO, then bus (very comfortable) to Prado, about 16 hours, departure at 20h00 from the bus station "rodoviaria" with the company Sao Geraldo, 120 € go and return.
Then Cumuruxatiba, 30 km, by local bus.
It is also possible to fly back from SALVADOR, which would allow you to visit the two nicest cities of Brazil. |
